Our south facing apartment has wonderful ocean views from its 60 square meter terrace which has direct access, via a private gate, to a large outdoor pool as well as indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Inside, no expense has been spared to create its exclusive design with high quality furnishings giving a luxurious feel. 

The apartment

Being open plan and on one level this is a perfect retreat for couples and families alike where you can relax knowing the apartment is secure for small children and easy to access. Entry can be gained via the lift that takes you straight up from the garage or via the foyer entrance.

When you step into our spacious, fully air-conditioned apartment you will find a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and an Italian coffee machine. Adjacent, there is a dining area seating up to six, featuring glass doors that open onto a generous terrace with views of the gardens, pool and the sea.


Easy access to the pool

The pool can be accessed via a private lockable gate from the apartment terrace, making it a secure access to the pool.

The pool area has free sunbeds, a small splash pool and an outdoor shower. 

The pool and garden area is secure with walls all around making it a safe place to stay with your children.




Outdoor terrace

The outdoor terrace spans the entire length of the apartment and is the largest in the condominium. It offers a comfortable 6-seater sofa, a dining area, a BBQ grill, as well as sun loungers, and additional seating to soak in the views of the inviting communal pool, lush garden, and the sparkling ocean beyond. The terrace also has 3 electric awnings that provide shade and privacy.

The three bedrooms include a master suite with a European king-size bed and stunning views of the landscaped gardens and the ocean. This room comes with fitted wardrobes and a stylish en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. A second spacious bedroom can be arranged as twin or European super-king and then a third bedroom with an additional European king-size bed. Both of these bedrooms feature ample wardrobe space and glass doors opening to terraces with valley views. They share a second chic bathroom with a walk-in shower.
